Spike League Night at the NJ Nets was a LOT of fun, even if the Nets came up short. Over 120 tickets were handed out to our league members and their friends. Hopefully we'll have another chance to do it again. Go NETS! :)

It's time to double up and reVERSE it! Our first Reverse Coed Doubles tourney of the season was a hit with big hitter Lizelle and her partner Emilio taking the title, Friday, January 29. 2 more tournaments in store, Friday, February 26 & March 26. 4 hours of coed action from 7 to 11p.m. and a cold beer afterwards! St. Peter's Prep in downtown JC. $25 per player, $5 discount for Winter '10 players. 8 team limit, grab a partner and get in!

We partied like it was 1999 at our league kickoff party, the Fall Ball at  Zeppelin Hall in Jersey City  Friday October 2nd!

 Spring & Summer 09 champions received they're well deserved prizes, more than a few beer steins were lifted!

First Open Scrimmage for individuals brings out 80+ players to Hoboken High! Extra scrimmage added; pre-season extended extra week. Regular season to start first week of October.

Have a Ball this Fall! Celebrate 10 years of Spike League with us! Fall season starts October 6 and it's going to be our best ever!

Our indoor coed, men's and women's 6s are only $600 this fall, normally a bargain at $795, for the 10 match regular season with refs, t-shirts, pre-season scrimmages, playoffs for the top 4 teams in each division and great prizes for the division winners. All matches at great area gyms in Hoboken, Jersey City and West New York. Individuals can attend any of our Open Scrimmages at Hoboken High (HoHi), September 17, 22 and 24, Women's Open scrimmage on Wednesday the 23rd at St. Peter's Prep, Men's at the West New York Middle School. All scrimmages start at 7:45 unless otherwise posted. Team scrimmages will be held the week of September 22. JJ returns as champion in Swingers (4x!) with Stephanie. Kool Hwip repeats as the best of Muscle Beach, as do Fenway Franks in Sunscreen and Terri/Lance in Hubby/Wife. Erin/Pete, Colleen/Alex, Buck Sets, Down Low, Sideout win the top prize in their divisions.
